Apples Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Once DCS-A10 is complete i'm guessing there will be a lot of mods to improve it. My question is, would someone be able to model things from a program like blender and put it in the sim? example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaG24xMQDYQ&feature=related [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 6 Monitors, 5 Video Cards, 90inch Flat Screen, Intel Bad Ass 2 @ 72.6Ghz, Atari Hotas!!!
Blaze Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Yes, you can make it in Blender, export it as .3ds, then import in to 3ds Max 7/8 for animations and export to .LOM. i7 7700K | 32GB RAM | GTX 1080Ti | Rift CV1 | TM Warthog | Win 10 "There will always be people with a false sense of entitlement. You can want it, you can ask for it, but you don't automatically deserve it. "
sobek Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Point being that you need 3dsmax for the process. My guess is that the tools for .edm will also be plugins for 3dstudio. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
