Does anyone ever notice objects appearing in one eye but not other?? shadows flickering on and off? Clouds flickering on and off and doing circles? i am running a i7 9700k RTX 2080 super 32 gigs mem

Sorry if this has been discussed before. If I set my Reverb down for 5 minutes to go to the bathroom or something my DCS quits to desktop.. is this because the Reverb is going to sleep? how can I prevent this

havnt see one reply from ed on any of these shadow flickering issues. its march 2020 and i still see them.

i am seeing not only water flickering but on land also. it looks like to me its a shadow issue??? Shadows popping in and out. This is happening in VR and with out VR. Shadows on ground popping in and out.. Shadows in external view on aircraft popping in and out.. Flickering Clouds flickering I have searched and read a bunch of threads on these flickering issues but i have not seen any answers?? These issues going back to 2017 i7 9700k rtx 2080 super 32g ram

Yes but when dcs-f18-2 comes out and you have to covert to DCS world 3.0 or 3.5. Then Str8 of Hormuz comes out and you have to merge 2.5 and 3.6. Then we go back to WWII and when that happends i think all the .'s are going to blow up and we have to start over!

will there be an easy installer/Unistaller?? Without having to reinstall using activations. Im starting to lose count how many times i have had to reinstall DCS.

Hopefully they are hard at work and have made progress within the last year. Im kind of guessing we will eventually need ground mapping radar if we ever want to see a F-16, F-18, Apache Etc.

I have been asking same question for a very long time. Im sure its the reason why your not seeing certain aircraft in the DCS series. Either they dont have anything to show or are just keeping it top secret, who knows.

I think you should go look again!! 4770k, geforce 980, 32 gigs mem.. Max Settings.. Just go look at something thats supposed to be round.. Like a radar dish. All 3 of these are brand new models.

Just flying around in the new EDGE/2.0/Nevada and i am noticing a lot of the round models are not A clean Round shape. They look more like a stop sign hexigon type with strait edges. Mountain peeks and edges are still pointy and have strait lines. With this new graphics engine i was kind of supprised to see things like this. I am not a modler so i wouldnt know anything. Is it hard to model round edges?

My experience is no good. I started this process at around 11:00am and i am still downloading. Why is it that my upload rate is holding steady at 1MB/s while my down rate is bouncing from 60KB/S to 100KB/S. You are capping the number of peers at 30. Most torrent software, the user is the one who controls there dl/ul rate etc. This leads me to believe this was done on purpose so people are forced to seed.. The way i see it is, you are using the customer to pass out your product for you. I have never had to wait this long to get a product which i have paid for from a company. I hope other methods are used in the future!! Thanks!

YUP HTTP way better dl rate is at 127MB/s Thank god!!! I take that back it was the first DL that went that fast. Now nevada is at 53 kb/s.. Didnt this get tested????
