HerrKaputt Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 Hello folks, I might be misinterpreting things, but it seems that some Ka-52 units are now in possession by the Russian Air Force. Quote from Wikipedia: The Ka-52 has completed the state trials. Fourth operationally configured helicopter was taken on strength by the Russian Air Force on the 10th of February 2011. Under the current State Defense Procurement Plan, Russian Armed Forces will receive 30 helicopters by 2012.[15] A second batch of 36 helicopters will start rolling off the production line in early 2012.[11] Reference [11] given is: Alexander Mladenov. September 2010. "Reforming a formidable foe". Air Forces Monthly. Issue 269, p.62-68. Can someone confirm?
