Chproduct button press and release function

I've had chproducts for a long time but up until about a year ago I had never used the press and release function.

 

I thought I would share one of my favorite and probably most used buttons that I have on my ch pro throttle index finger button for the Black Shark. I don't know if it works on other joystick types and you probably don't need it if you use multi-monitors. I just find it very convenient. Nothin fancy.

 

On press and hold with using combination keypad 0 plus keypad 2 or "HOLD KP0 KP2" I get a zoomed in full screen Abris and Shkval view and then while holding I can use my thumb stick to slew the sight or i can work with the Abris. It helps to be in a stable hover while doing this. Then on release it goes back to cockpit forward view and centers my TrackIR that I have on keypad 5 or "f1 kp5". My TIR4 is alway drifting off center over time.

 

I use to have these on different buttons but I tried this combo and love it. I'm also trying something similar with the A10C left and right MFCD's.

Thats strange, ive just tried the link in my sig (Its the UPDATED version), downloaded and istalled with Modman OK?

 

The very first version I did indeed screw up, but this one should be ok. I have checked the file paths and files and they are fine.

 

Which version of Modman are you using?

 

All i can suggest is to download and try again

 

Anyone else had a problem?

I only have 3 files; addon.Ima3, readme,and bmp. Is this correct? Using lastest mod 7.3. Tried downloading again and nothing gets installed. At least it doesn't show in my list or trying it in game.

Hows that big monitor and obutto setup? I tried a similar one but couldn't get a clear picture. I later read somewhere to not use the hdmi port but the vga port, but I have since sold tv monitor so can't try it out. I might try a smaller 37" or 40" again someday.

Ok got it. For some reason when I clicked on the file at LockOnFiles the page wasn't displaying correctly, unlike the picture above, but finally it did after a few attempts. Don't know what that was all about. Now to go try it out. :pilotfly:
