According to Post from ED NONE! they said there is to many changes in the release version from the beta. The guys who have tried to save their stick setting have been getting CTD and crashes from it. tflash Posted February 23, 2011 Author Posted February 23, 2011 Well, I did manage to copy my Saitek Controller and Pedals settings. I did not overwrite any of the new .lua files, but only copied those files that have an ID tag in the name. And it worked! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
nemises Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Alternatively, you can "save profile" from within the control settings menus...this will save all your key assignments / axis assignments into a .lua / .xml file. "Open" this file in the release game settings menu, and it will import the key settings into the selected controller. Graphics settings et al should be done from fresh, as there are new variables / settings in the missioneditor.lua and settings.lua that come with the release version I believe.
