Mule Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 The training missions in this sim are awesome and without a shadow of doubt the best i have ever seen. I have learnt so much from them and enjoy learning from them. Once i sorted the volume levels out so i could hear what the bloke was saying it was pure joy. Thanks whoever did these in the sim. Fighter Pilot Podcast.

EvilBivol-1 Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 (edited) Thanks for the nice feedback. As indicated in some of the training missions, to best hear the insturctor over the background noise, you should lower your WORLD and IN-COCKPIT sound sliders. Generally anything below 70% should be enough. This will maintain the instructor's volume while lowering most other sounds in the cockpit. The various warning tones are controlled by the HELMET slider, but lowering this will also lower the instructor, so it's best to leave this at 100%. BeachAV8R Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 I agree. The training missions are VERY well done..and whoever thought to include the blinking boxes to guide us around the cockpit deserves a case of beer (or two). As well, whoever the instructor is that did the voiceover for the missions has the PERFECT voice as a training instructor. I don't know why, but he just sounds right. I'm hoping that even more training missions will eventually be made because they are the best way to learn the little details of this sim. Bravo to ED.. BeachAV8R
