Mustang Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 I see you're running WinXP 32bit, you could try this fix, it solves alot of issues with that OS and DCS WH: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1092529&postcount=38

Nate--IRL-- Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Can you try top produce a short track (<1min) where this problem occurs? I would like to try to replicate it myself. Also what are your settings in DCS? Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
acedj Posted February 27, 2011 Author Posted February 27, 2011 hi nate will try and make a short track dont know if it will work as i have use taskmanager to close the dcs app after freeze. whare can i locate the tracks file? temp maybe? if so its empty i have all settings in game to default low v-sync on force feedback off no clutter windowed mode lowest cockpit res i'll try a track now and post it if it works thanks dj
Nate--IRL-- Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Ahh OK I didn't realise it was a full freeze. Sounds like a graphics driver problem or overheating maybe? Anyway the Logs and tracks have been moved in release, though I don't know where for XP. You could start and finish a mission quickly then use windows search to find. I'm not sure a track would record this anyway. If you could post DCS.log from a mission that does this, it may show something, but I doubt it.
