Hi,

when will there be a german Flight Manual? Will it be at all?

Its very important to know, because i like to let print it at store and my preffered language is german. Is it worth to wait or does this take a longer time?

Greets,

If you prefer the english version with a german manual, then you are free to have it your way. I fail to see how a german version restricts your freedom of choice in this regard.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Yes, your right. But localized versions of Warthog will be a lot of work for ED.

In my point of view they should spend there time/money to create a compatibility patch as fast as possible.

This should be more important.

Not to sound condescending, but i'm curious how you would know?

I also think that there is a large number of french/german/spanish players that are at disagreement with your point. Just because only few like to raise their voices doesn't mean that the rest don't have one.

And not to forget, what's most important for ED is to stay in business so they can keep on dishing out modules.

Isn't it a lot of work to translate everything in the game, to create a new build, to test and release it?

Isn't it a lot of organizatorial work to handle all the up coming localized patches?

Isn't it a big source of errors and danger of not working compatibility?

What about the german, french and spanish guys waiting months for there localized patches while all the english guys are flying with the latest version because the english patch was the first released?

Of course a localized version is a good thing... but for me it's just a "nice to have". There are more important things ED should spend there time and money.

But never mind... This discussion is needless because they won't listen to me. :D

I will buy the english version and this is what I advice to everyone.
