blaster454 Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 We don't have a mission building folder (yet) so I'll put this here. Attached is a file with the cockpit device ID's that can be used with trigger actions. I am working on extracting a human-readable list of action ID's and arguments. This only works in SP for now but can be useful for building training missions. In general, the perform cockpit Clickable Event action takes three arguments: the device ID as a numeric 1-255 (e.g., LMFCD, CMSP, etc.), the action event ID as a numeric 3001 to 3999 (but only about 70 defined now), and an argument for the event (like 0, 1 for off and on).A-10C Device Enumerations.pdf WH_Blaster (Larry) US Air Force (Retired, 1961-1981) Join us for fun with the DCS series and other games at the War Hawks Squad website ... we are a mature gaming group that enjoys realism and having fun! http://war-hawks.net System: i7=950 @ 3.3 GHz, GA-X58-UDR3 MB, 6GB RAM, GTX770, 256GB system SSD, 128GB gaming SSD, TIR5, TM HOTAS WH, HannsG 28-in, Acer 23-in touch screen.
EvilBivol-1 Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Nice work. Once we have some current development tasks completed, we plan on providing a cockpit triggers manual to the community. - EB [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Nothing is easy. Everything takes much longer. The Parable of Jane's A-10 Forum Rules

Insanatrix Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 Would it be possible to trigger an event based off weapon release or guns in SP? Also would it be possible to create a trigger based off of a munition exploding rather than a unit dying? Rather than creating a trigger and having to select a ton of units that could possibly die I could create one trigger with munition expended for example to trigger a response to the attack. That way even if a unit didn't die base defenses could be activated in response to the attack. It could be possible to do right now im not a ME guru or anything. Again just an idea. *edit* sorry if this is a thread hijack. I kind of consider it in the same area as triggers based on player interaction.
