It's valid Saitek software. Used for purging USB entry data related to the controller(s). Whatever software picked that up is almost certainly reporting a false-positive, unless it has actually been compromised by a virus but I think that is the less likely scenario.

 

Chances are we may have different versions of the file on our systems, but if you MD5 yours and find it has the same result as mine, even more likely it's not a problem:
