chromium Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 Hi, I'm preparing a single player mission with a IA pilot AFAC (to obtain a multiplayer one), but I can't archive it to work. The mission is attached, please if someone can explain me why... I tried a lot of solutions but nothing...JTAC test.miz Author of DSMC, mod to enable scenario persistency and save updated miz file Stable version & site: https://dsmcfordcs.wordpress.com/ Github for latest version: https://github.com/Chromium18/DSMC
McVittees Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 I'm not at my PC to check your mission but make sure you've set an appropriate frequency for the FAC: 30-76 FM or 116 - 151 AM. I was making a mission setting FAC freqencies outside these ranges so I couldn't contact them. WRFirefox Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 (edited) I will have a look on it - DONE! You have to add some points to Advanced (Waypoint Actions): - Perform Task: "FAC - Assign Group" - Target Group: "New Vehicle Group" - Weapon: ??? if you want - Perform Command: "Set frequency" Then it should work for first:smilewink: Edited March 26, 2011 by WRFirefox

I tried myself (revision attached) but do not work... also... I'm trying to use the FAC task and not the FAC - Assign... (as described in the GUI manual). But even if the FAC Assign will work it will be ok for me :) Please if someone has some ideas...JTAC test _rev2.miz Author of DSMC, mod to enable scenario persistency and save updated miz file Stable version & site: https://dsmcfordcs.wordpress.com/ Github for latest version: https://github.com/Chromium18/DSMC

mia389 Posted March 26, 2011 Posted March 26, 2011 Solved: was a mic switch problem.. bad assignment on X52. Simplier than it seems... I did that same thing. I troubleshooted the FAC for hours and figured out it was my mic switch lol
