Which Russian Aircraft would you like to see in DCS v2.0

Shinigami, to make this poll anywhere near credible you need to do the following:

 

1. Do not group aircraft. 30MKI 35 and 33 are completely different beasts, and should not be grouped into a bunch of "ORs". Same with MiG-29K vs MiG-29M (which should be MiG-29SMT rather than M in the first place).

 

2. Add SU-27S, SU-27SM, MiG-29 Fulcrum-A, MiG-29 Fulcrum-C as options. They are the MAINSTAY of Russian Air Force and are also exported through out the world, not having them represented in this poll is a HUGE mistake.

 

3. Ground attack aircraft also deserve to be represented. SU-25 and SU-25SM are great candidates.

 

4. If you are into more exotic aircraft... SU-24, SU-34, MiG-31 are also possibilities. However, the complexity of their modelling and availability of documentation might mean that they will never be realized... Especially since the emphasis by ED is on NATO jets anyway. *sigh*

 

5. Having "SU-50T is Still a prototipe" as an option makes baby jeebus cry.

Wrong the mig-29M or Mig-29K are no old junk they are new with all updates system and weapons

 

The others like the Mig-21 and Mig-23 are being modernized to 4gen or 3+ standards with even thrust vectoring

When it comes down to it, it has to be either Mig 29 or Su-27(30). Both were represented in LOMAC and are known to many people in and outside of the flight community. If ED chooses one of these, they can't go wrong.

 

IMO, they should go with the Sukhoi.

From what I understand, the DCS series is unlikely support compability for FC2. My opinion is that, to keep MP game balanced, I would like to see a Russian Close Air Support AC; the Su-25.

there are enough ways to push mud right now and nothing for AA. So please not the 25 AGAIN!

In my opinion DCS should release 2-3 aircrafts with multi-role capability from both sides.

Just to note that it could be a MiG-29M (Izdeliye 9-61) which is a recent development version (matching the later MiG-29K for the Indian Navy (9-41), unlike the MiG-29M/K from the end of 80s/early 90s (Izdeliye 9-15/31).

 

Oh, and MiG-31 or Su-24M would be awesome :)

ED is a Russian company and i belive we will see more Russian planes but since Russian planes are more secertive an hear so less an less an very few pictures or manuals then they telling..

 

but in western not so sectitive really they talk to much give to many hinits..

 

so far i know if ED does make another Russian plane be mostly see one that from 1980's or mid 90's planes..

 

since ED makeing US Figther no one knows what plane but they know that what makes it interesting is surprise an who knows be anything from a Figther Prop or a Jet or be something out of Star Wars..

 

Who know it could be a Su-24 jet and that now those controls will keep you so beyound busy but again its 2 Seater and ED not ready for that so again who knows what ED cooking up at there center in Moscow, Russia.. ^^
