algerad3 Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Has anyone here tinkered with the sdk for the flight instrument panel? I am looking to get something clarified and the Saitek forums seems to be rather bleak these days. Succellus Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 I tought about those and looked into them, ( not the SDK). Almost noone use them because of 0 development, and i m still wonder what saitek business is because they themselves aren t caring less to develot them to be used with other sims them MFS. Such a waste of potential. HaF 922, Asus rampage extreme 3 gene, I7 950 with Noctua D14, MSI gtx 460 hawk, G skill 1600 8gb, 1.5 giga samsung HD. algerad3 Posted April 25, 2011 Author Posted April 25, 2011 It seems like you are not the only one. I am trying to put something together and the documentation as well as the example file is hard for me to follow. Maybe some success here in the near future. chrilith Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 (edited) Hi, I release last month a module to be used with LUA which let you caontrol the Saitek FIP and X52Pro devices without the heavy requirement of C/C++ coding. You can download it from my website http://www.super-hornet.com/. An sample instrument (for FSUIPC) is included. Do not hesitate to request help on coding with this module on Lua. EDIT: Oops! Haven't seen your new post X52 pro and Fip users!!! Good news Edited June 16, 2011 by chrilith
