cockpit zoom

Is there a cockpit zoom only feature in BS. Not the whole game. I have found the move foward but thats not what im looking for

That zooms in every thing. I just want the cockpit only while everything out side of the cockpit stays the same.

I tried this and all that snap view 9 does is look up and to the right

If you're using FreeTrack\TiR you have to uncheck using Z axis in game options. I don't want to mess you, so better search forum, this was explained many times, cause people were upset they cannot zoom everything. Default magnification is cockpit only.

I dont have FreeTrack\TiR Its not in my budget. All i have is my X52 pro. if uncheck the Z axis in game options would that stop the outside from zooming in.

sorry but i not getting what you are saying (IIRC). How do i uncheck the Z axes in the game.

There is AFAIK (As Far As I Know) no way to do you what you request I'm afraid. You want to zoom only the cockpit but not the outside world and this is not possible in the manner you describe you want it to.

 

You can IIRC (If I Recall Correctly) move you head position, even without FreeTrack/TrackIR/FaceTrackNoIR, by holding down the middle mouse and moving it to a position of preference.

I guess the only way to do what i want to do is with an ir tracker. .They seem to be on sale. Bummer. O whell time to go and blow something up
