I'm talking about mainly in guns, like rolling around like a fool, trying to get the person to overshoot you. I'm sure you have seen that unreal move, that no pilot would do. Nice to hear about the new features you guys will have.

I have played only one other online flight sim and this is Aces High, mostly propeller aircraft.

That game is mostly, about 70 to 80% dog-fighting.

Lots of ways to force an overshoot. Shaw's textbook on jet aircraft combat maneuvers is an excellent example of the various ways to get a guy, without ramming him.

In real life I do not know, but in Aces High, doing a frontal pass and rudder for a split second to aim guns on your opponent is very popular and why these guys have rudder pedals.

Our biggest membership is mostly members who fly IL-2...they seem to be the ones most interested in the Air to Air Competitions...

The move I'm talking about is the huy just keeps doing this crazy roll, that no real pilot will ever do. I wish I had a video of someone doing it. Just image you throwing bb's at a guy that is doing the funky chicken.

I know exactly what you are talking about..but this sort of thing is rampant even in FPS server's or matches...its something we have to tolerate abit..but in the long run they get tired of it or get banned...I know of one ED member that the community has no tolerance for at all...non what so ever...we've had a run in with him also..result don't follow the rules!!! BANNED(for life)...

As to not being kids, but mature adults...

I tend to disagree, much like road rage here on USA freeways as to how some "adults" and they are over age 30, mentally act just like a kid, especially the Internet mentality of saying whatever one wishes to say in a forum that would never be spoken within fist range if truly spoken in person.

Go take some psychology courses.

I said "we are not kids anyway (big majority here are quite developped adults)" and that is fully correct so instead of me needing psychology classes maybe you need to go to reading course

I should probably make it known that Ohm and I were able to reconcile our differences via PM. He is welcome to join my server anytime.

The line between just goofing around and being a nuisance can be quite thin sometimes. We just both happened to see his actions on different sides of this line. All's well that ends well.

Excellent news, NullCharacter and OhmWrecker.

Since I consider this to be the best outcome possible, I am locking the thread.

Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D

I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
