aaron_huber Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Is anyone else seeing this? Cockpit shadows off, TGP on or off = mirrors are fine Cockpit shadows on, TGP video on stdby = mirrors are fine Cockpit shadows on, TGP video on = rear-view mirrors get messed up As soon as I switch off the TGP the mirrors go back to normal. Aaron
Quirkitized Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 similar to this? http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=74940 i guess i posted mine in wrong section...
aaron_huber Posted June 5, 2011 Author Posted June 5, 2011 No, my TGP video is fine but the image on the mirrors does look kind of like that. :) Aaron
Quirkitized Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 ya my mirrors look just like my tgp in that picture, it does not seem to happen all the time but often enough to nearly make me want to stop playing now. I am sure there is a fix. Mirrors aren't as bad as that picture though, same type of lines however.
Quirkitized Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 I thought I would provide an update, this also goes for the thread that I linked above. Having the mirrors on, I get the same problem aaron does. When my TGP is on, I get messed up graphics in the mirrors. When I turn TGP off, the mirrors are fine. If I do not use mirrors, then my TGP looks like the screenshot i posted in other thread. I have tried all sorts of graphic options and can't get it working, but for now I will gladly have mirrors on so my tgp isn't corrupt all the time.
Quirkitized Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Ok I did another testing session. It is indeed 100% cockpit shadows. For testing I did: Everything low, checked Then texture medium, checked Then texture high, check etc etc each one checked on low/medium/high (also tested no aa, and aa, tsaa, grass, trees, etc) There was no corruption at all until I turned on cockpit shadows, and damnit after playing with them it's so hard to play without them. Could this be looked into? Is there any other info you need, a video maybe or something?
Quirkitized Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 Another update. I couldn't replicate this bug using 1920x1080 resolution, only when using 6000x1080. Aaron are you using single or triple screen?
toby23 Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 Yes, I'm seeing this, GTX 580 SLI, and I hope it will be fixed soon. Ryzen 5800X, 32GB RAM, RTX 3060
