fael097 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 tired of ejecting on the shore first mission, after getting killed by god damn russian fulcrum pilots  lol I decided to enable crash recover. turns out that nothing happened. I ejected and stood there, didn't respawn or anything. pressing ESC also has no more RCVR option, since briefing button replaced it. :helpsmilie: Rafael Ryzen 7 1800x @ 4ghz | MSI GTX 980ti | 32gb DDR4 Ballistix 2400Mhz | Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero (wi-fi) | 480Gb Kingston NVMe ssd | Western Digital 1TB x2 | EVGA 850w PSU | Noctua NH-D14 | NZXT S240 | Windows 10 Pro 64bit | 4k 50" Philips android TV | Dell P2418D | Oculus Rift S | Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas
fourty03 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 If I am not mistaking, once you eject, hit esc., then you should see either "Back" or "Fly". If you choose Fly, it will allow you to respawn from you're starting position. vgruk pharmacy
fael097 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 that didn't appear to me. only the usual control / briefing, etc.... gazcrowbar Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 You select the briefing option from the Esc menu and then on the briefing screen click fly - and you respawn.

automag928 Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 In a side note to this - on that mission, I finally found a somewhat successful way to combat the fulcrums. I have the second element anchor out roughly 10nms offshore at a decent altitude, and I take my wingman and drop to the deck. We close in quickly, go feet dry and pop up and can sometimes flank them. The last time I tried they were at our 2 o clock moving to 3, and i got both AIM-9s off - one at each fulcrum, my wingman got one off. His connected on fulcrum one, however he got hit by a quick shot from that guy. My AIM-9 heading for fulcrum #2 connected on rear quarter, downing him pretty quick. So over all, it was Warthogs 2, Fulcrums 1. And my second element came in with the skies free to help clean up the ground party. Sorry to go off topic :)
