Is it possible to use mouse view in a10 and have it able to click on the switches as well.....because it's easier than using my track ir with the mouse.

It's a totaly instinctive way to move the mouse over a switch and zoom in with the wheel and left mouse button up switch or right button down switch, it's as close to touch screen with out having a touch screen as your going to get.

if not, is it possible to create a lua script that can emulate this function

AFAIK, it is not.

I just pause the TIR if I am having trouble but unless it's far back on the left or right I usually don't have problems with the switches. I usually pause it for guns as well, FYI.

I dont have any problems as well, I also use an unadjusted Profile for TrackIR

My profile is the one posted by Wags which can be found in MBs nice collection here. I am using it just as is.

I use a linear profile on all axis, adjusted up and down for scale. It looks like a straight horizontal line across the graph.

After I started using that about a year ago my experience with TrackIR has been much, much better. My real neck doesnt have any dead zones and the way the scale adjusts in most trackIR profiles as you get towards the extremes always threw me off. With a linear scale on all rotational and translational axis I do a lot, lot better when it comes to clicking switches.

No one uses trackIR quite the same though! Best thing to do is continue to experiment with your profile until you find what's right for you. FYI, you can do this with the game running, just alt tab and out and make some changes, alt tab back in and try it out.
