I see that the "Missing second (HEI) pipper point" was implemented. How do I use it? Which dot is for the HEI round vs AP round? Thanks.

The HEI rounds fly a little faster and weigh a little less. I'm not exactly an expert on external ballistics, but I'd venture a guess and say that the "new" dot is for the API rounds

The new 'lower' pipper is for HEI rounds, the centre pipper is always for API when CM is loaded. HEI rounds will travel a slightly shorter distance before hitting the ground than API, and as you'll see when you do a gun run, the closer you get to the target the less of a difference there is.

By the time you get to 0.5nm both pippers have almost merged anyway.

How does "The new 'lower' pipper is for HEI rounds, the centre pipper is always for API" turn into top explosive, low armor? :P It's top API, bottom HEI, as far as I can tell.

Nice plane on that gun...
