Dice Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 Can that inboard 65 still be launched off the lau 88, wouldn't its rocket motor damage the wheel? During DS the inboard mav did cause slight damage to the well pod (not the tire itself) when fired but, with the advancements in the rocket propelant this is not as big a problem as it was then. Mavs have been fired from the inboard rail with only slight singeing of the paint on the wheel pod. Ugly but well hung! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
