VFA41_Lion Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 1. Whatever you do, for the love of god, do not make the condition type for anything involving illumination bombs "CONTINUOUS ACTION"
redfish Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 This just begs the question.... What happens if you do?? VFA41_Lion Posted September 17, 2011 Author Posted September 17, 2011 It keeps spawning illum bombs one after the other with zero seconds interval. Massive fps drop! On that note, I'd love it if ED could add a "specify interval" in seconds between each action in the continuous action trigger type.
nomdeplume Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 It'd be a one second interval, actually. :) You can fairly easily set whatever interval you like using 'time since flag' and an additional flag. Just use 'switched condition' instead and toggle the flag whenever you want a new illumination bomb created.
Case Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 You can also use continuous action but use something like random(5) to randomize the time between bomb drops. There are only 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
