edgepilot Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 I've been modeling for awhile now, and I've always wondered, why do lockon models use .cdds packages? Why can't you simply just leave the textures in the temptextures folder?

Viper101 Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Like luckybob said, cdds compresses all the files into a bunch. It is also known to sometimes help with frames per second. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
