:doh:today i decided to borrow my brother's saitek rudder pedals, once i disabled the twist rudder and set up the pedals. the sensitivity in stick feels perfect. nice and slow movements. also my stick curves are default. so anybody that has been struggling with the force 3d pro sensitivity like i have, try to disable the twist rudder to confirm.

i know the force 3d pro kinda sucks, but i just havn't had the extra money to buy a new flight stick. i want the g940 and i would really like a warthog stick but i would really feel guilty if i bought one. lol

Don't waste your money on a g940 like I did. Because of the reversal bug its just a piece of crap. Today I finally got rid of the throttle and currently am only using the stick in combination with a bodnar modded cougar throttle and the saitek rudder pedals. In the end I would have been better of if I had bought a x52pro and married the its stick with a ffb2.

Im using the 3D Pro as my backup joystick atm I have put a big dead zone (35) on the rudder, but it is still very sensitive, I will try your solution.

I moved up from a logitech 3D pro to a G940 and overall I am very happy with it.

The rotaries on the throttle have failed so I was thinking of sending it back under warranty but I think I will just replace the wires myself (I cant live without it for 4 weeks!)

Im also thinking of modding the trimmer button so that is cuts the DC power supply while trimming so that the force feedback is slack, because noone has fixed this G049 bug with black shark :( but im not sure if constantly cutting the power supply will be bad for the joystick.

The reversal bug is provided by Logitech. Its hard to explain: Pushing your throttle to 50% and than pulling it to 49% doesnt work. The next reported value is 46% or something in that range. These jump occur every time you change the input direction and often mean that you can either climb or fall but the position to hold your height is not reachable. Using the rudder to drive your a10 down the runway is also pretty hard because to much left or to much right is nothing you want to choose during takeoff. All 7 sliders and the ministick are affected by this bug. It has been there from the beginning people are still hoping that logitech will fix them.

sry for the rant

could't help it
