Macross Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Hi guys, I am running a BS2 server for The Older Gamers. I have had one of our members and also a random player indicate that they have a strange HUD issue when playing on our server. When their view is centered and trackIR is as well, the HUD appears to be off centre and you can only see about 50% of it. See screen shot. Is this a server side issue or player settings issue? PeterP Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Thats caused by Wind drift or asymmetric load. - it's not a Bug. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=75853&highlight=A-10+HUD+wind
huge Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Hi, i also saw this on TOG server last night also. It seems like the default view is set right back against the seat, which is too far to view the hud.
G00dnight Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 this happens in single player too you prob just havnt noticed.. AMD A8-5600K @ 4GHz, Radeon 7970 6Gig, 16 Gig Ram, Win 10 , 250 gig SSD, 40" Screen + 22 inch below, Track Ir, TMWH, Saitek combat pedals & a loose nut behind the stick
huge Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Yes i know that this is possible.... But on this particular server it was like the default view had been changed, and when centering track ir it would always be in the wrong postition. Its the only server ive seen it happen on. So i would guess its a server side issue. Have you changed your default views?
Macross Posted November 22, 2011 Author Posted November 22, 2011 We did some testing tonight and this is definatley an issue when Warthog game players join a BS2 game server. I believe it is a bug that needs to be investigated. Will post in the appropriate forum. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
