Problem with Logitech G930 headset

Folks,

 

Tried to use my G930 to fly DCS A10C recently. But don't really understand why the left side speaker sound extremely soft (almost no sound) in DCS.

 

The headset work fine when not in DCS A10C. Using the latest firmware/software from Logitech.

 

Any help? Thanks in advance.

turn on the surround button. i have the wired version of this headset (G35) and it is on the back side of the phones. and be prepared to plunge into sound

Problem solved. Seems that I need to turn off the surround button (advice from agrasyuk) and change some windows setting as advice from another simmer.

 

"What I have done, is, right click the speaker icon in the system tray and click Playback Devices, highlight the G35 (in your case the G930) speakers and hit configure. Go through the wizard and DESELECT all of the speakers so that you only have left and right. Then go to Properties of G35 (or G930) speakers and to enhancements, and make sure Channel Phantoming is checked. I found that doing this made the stereo sound correct in certain apps that have issues, and does not seem to affect the headset when in surround mode."
