enigma6584 Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I'm actually starting to create my first campaign with LOCKON. I've usually just created single missions for myself with very little detail but would like to give campaign building a try. I've got a single mission which I would like to base a campaign around. I have consulted the quick campaign building guide provided with the game but may be missing something because I just don't get it. Is there a way in which to convert a single mission into a campaign mission or missions?
666th_birdy Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 http://www.checksix-fr.com/bibliotheque/index.php?Fichier=2738 This utility creates a campaign .cmp file from separated .mis mission files. 1- .mis files have to be located within the same directory which would be named as the campaign's name. 2- .mis files have to be named 1.mis,2.mis...x.mis 3- "no named" custom payloads are not supported by the utility 4- Some original Campaigns/missions paintschemes are not supported too. 5- When an encountered payload or paintscheme is not supported, the campaign will be created with default payload or paintscheme instead. Have fun. Pat01. DELL Inspiron 1564 / Intel Core i3 M330 @ 2.13GHz (4GB)___ATI Radeon HD4330(512Mb)___Windows7 Home Premium 64bit
KILSEK Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Hi all and enigma6584. Yep, here you go. Follow the README. Take your template mission and the copy it over and over(all the while renaming them Mission 1, Mission 2, etc, etc,) until you have the number of missions you wnat in the campaign. Then highlight them all and use the utility to copy them into a CMP folder that you named your campaign after. Voila, your campaign. -KILSEK
