yallu Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) YALLU!!!!! unplug that racing wheel....will ya?...ahahahahahaaa Heh, good to hear it works for you. I do have my Logitech Momo pedals connected all the time. Not the wheel as it gets in the way. But hmm... I can try - but I wonder... How come it doesn't bother BS1 but only BS2... If that's the case. I'll test it though. :) EDIT: Errm... I do have Momo but it's not connected. But my Saitek X65 is... I use it for DCS A-10C (Logitech for BS). Edited February 4, 2012 by yallu
PeterP Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) There is no need to unplug a controler you dont use in DCS. Just un-assign every command that comes from that controller in DCS - especially the axis. That's why there is the "clear category" button in the controller menu. I have 7 different controllers attached - that's a total of 26 available axis. And just imagine I have to unplug every unwanted input before starting DCS....;) Edited February 4, 2012 by PeterP

I actually use the G25 pedals as rudder pedals with combined axis. Also, in options/misc make sure the "force feedback" option is unticked. Otherwise you will have trimming problems Edited February 4, 2012 by 214th_bungle_uk
leafer Posted February 5, 2012 Author Posted February 5, 2012 V, I should have put a smilie in there. No offense. :D As for heli tendency to nose up on take off, you must apply a little forward cyclic before you raise the collective. Problem solved. I barely ever played A-10C anymore. BS2 is so much more satisfying to fly around. ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

EtherealN Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Ah, good news V-O-V, I should have thought about the possibility of controller conflicts. :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester
yallu Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I myself see no difference in trimming with multiple controllers connected/unconnected.
159th_Viper Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 I myself see no difference in trimming with multiple controllers connected/unconnected. You will not, as the trim function is assigned to a button input as opposed to an axis. Axis conflicts with multiple inputs will affect the behaviour of the Kamov (ie Pitch/Roll Collective etc etc) if conflicts exist in the first instance.
