The CPU change definately would have cost an activation. I think it is like 13pts in the hardware change hit list. Even if you only had two left you should have been good to go. I did a CPU swap with DCS A-10 installed, several months ago, and it worked as advertised. And as I said, BS2 uses the same system as A-10C - it will get new activations assigned to it automatically. See FAQ entry: Q: Does DCS: A-10C use copy protection? A: Yes, it uses the new user-friendly ProActive AAA Technology. You will no longer have a fixed number of activations, but in an effort to prevent piracy the system does limit the number of activations per month. Your DCS A-10C serial number is initially set to 8 activations and when they all are spent, 1 activation is added automatically once, after 31 days. ProActive AAA Technology does not install any drivers on your PC. It works as an integrated part of the DCS files but has no special privileges in your system. DCS site or StarForce site, and which reactivation codes? If you mean the DCS site, clear browser cache and cookies, or try another browser, and you should find your serial numbers on either the payments section or the relevant download link, if it's the serial numbers you mean. Nah Mastiff, it isn't strange. ;) If you switch browser to another one than the one you usually use, it will not load the same cookie but rather obtain a new one, and does not use the same cache. To be clear: which product do you need help with? Black Shark 1, Black Shark 2, or A-10C? In the case of BS1, yes, a support ticket is required. In the case of the latter two, the system is automatic.
