Raz_Specter Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Hi Guys, I use Maya a lot and was wondering can this be used to create models for the sim or are the plugins strictly for max? beczl Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 ED Plugin available only for Max. No other products are supported.
Weltensegler Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 you can still do your modelling in maya and then use fbx to get it over to max. Maya&max 2013 actually have an exchange format or export now. But for the moment you would have to use the "save as 2011" function from there so might be a long way :) 4790K@4,6Ghz | EVGA Z97 Classified | 32GB @ 2400Mhz | Titan X hydro copper| SSD 850 PRO ____________________________________ Moments in DCS: --> https://www.youtube.com/user/weltensegLA --> WELD's cockpit: --> http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=92274
joey45 Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Also the plugins are version specific... I think. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
