Communications problem / bug

Hi, I have a problem with communications in both A-10 and Ka-50.

 

I turned easy comms off in both sims, but when in game if I open the comms menu, I still get all the agencies listed (Tanker, awacs, atc etc), they're all white, they don't report the radio channel in brackets, and when I try to contact someone (even tuning manually to the correct channel) it seems I am not transmitting anything. Although I can hear other comms on the same channel.

 

I don't knwo what's causing this, but my radios are all set as per checklist and turning easy comms on and off doesn't change anything!

Ok I found the problem, my stick had somehow deleted the comms switch assignment.

So far, all is normal

Why do you think so? If it is due to a lack of reply, consider this:

 

- Not all radio calls warrant an AI reply, ie, abort inbound..

- Radio calls are limited by range, ground and atmospheric conditions..

- Make sure you press the correct mic switch, (there is one for each radio)
