trigen Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Hello. Got my 6 monitor setup up and running today and i'm trying to get the 6 camera to work. The problem however is that if i zoom out a little the top left and right starts to tilt and no longer align with the rest. Any help here would be appreciated but i'm guessing it cant be fixed. And here's my config file _ = function(p) return p; end; name = _('6 Screens'); Description = 'Configuration with 3 identical monitors each with its own camera'; Viewports = { Left = { x = 0; y = 1080; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = -1; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.777777777777778; }, Center = { x = 1920; y = 1080; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.777777777777778; }, Right = { x = 3840; y = 1080; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 1; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.777777777777778; }, LeftTop = { x = 0; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = -1; viewDy = 1; aspect = 1.777777777777778; }, CenterTop = { x = 1920; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 1; aspect = 1.777777777777778; }, RightTop = { x = 3840; y = 0; width = 1920; height = 1080; viewDx = 1; viewDy = 1; aspect = 1.777777777777778; } } 1080 ti, i7700k 5ghz, 16gb 3600 cl14 ddr4 oc
Slayer Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 My guess is that it has something to do with the viewports. It may not be fixable via the monitor file in DCS but you might have better luck using "1 monitor " and SoftTH. I haven't messed with SoftTH since I only have 3 screens and got it working OK just using the game. There's tons of info on this forum about it and in the end you will prob end up with a better alignment of screens /bezels. trigen Posted February 12, 2012 Author Posted February 12, 2012 Thanks, think i'm screwed on this one either way tho since the only way to get it correct would be to remove the top monitor put the sides above me and zoom out. Not really an issue about alignment in single screen etc, works just fine in 1 - 3 screen. 1080 ti, i7700k 5ghz, 16gb 3600 cl14 ddr4 oc
