R-73_Archer Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 I wonder why everytime I engage and disengage autopilot on any plane, my plane suddenly rolls left out of control, and I can't seem to level it out? Everytime I try to counteract, it simply rolls back to left. Do I have to reset the trim upon Autopilot disengage? Laptop Spec: Toshiba Satellite L735, Intel i3-2310M 2.1GHz 3MB L3 cache, Intel HD Graphics 802MB, 500GB HDD, 2048MB (2GB) RAM @665 MHz.
HiJack Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 I guess you are just pressing some button on your stick. Try pressing the key sequense on the keyboard it self for the autopilot setting manualy. If the same thing do not happen you have a programming issue on the stick. (HJ)

I only use keyboard. Everytime I disengage the autopilot using the "A" key, the plane goes out of control. Any suggestions? Drona Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Reset trim...(CTRL+T) The autopilot uses way too much trim when it is in control :joystick: :D. Note... CTRL+T will not work on the Su-25T. You have to reset it manually.
