Hello,

I would like to know what range the Klen-PS rangefinder operates (receives return)?

Reason is, I would like to attack columns from max range with rockets, without sacrificing coming too close to the MANPADS... Also, I want to ask, how to make the SEAD flight of the mission engage MANPADS?

Kind regards,

noc

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

5km.

Keep in mind constraints:

±12° azimuth, -30 to +6 elevation with a Range error of ±5m.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I guess the missiles are useless beyond that range (even though they're reportedly 10 clicks).
