159th_Viper Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 Your post was removed as it was wholly off-topic as well as contravening rule 1.12 of the forum rules. Linking material to another SIM's development notes has unfortunately absolutely nothing to do with the content of the relevant thread, ie TFC/ED Newsletter. As such I thought a PM advising you of the removal of the post was unnecessary as it should have been very clear at the outset that the content was off-topic. Panzertard Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 We always blame Viper when the rest of us removes posts. ;) However, sometimes they get deleted without notices being issued as Viper mentioned. It creates that bit of extra overhead in a hectic day making the forums a better place to be. Normally we try to do just that - notifying the user(s) in question on why to cause less confusion about the issue in the future, either in PM or public of there's a mass prune. We're sorry about that - sometimes we can go ahead and clean up the threads without telling why. Room for improvement, indeed. But sometimes it's necesarry. And for the record, Viper's not your friend only - he's my friend - deleting my posts. Well, of your friend too - keeping the forum a tidy place ;) The mind is like a parachute.
