MTFDarkEagle Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 FAQ http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=67747 Q: Why am I unable to arm the EAC? A: Ensure that you have selected EGI on the Navigation Mode panel below the HSI. This selects the CDU as the navigation data source. From version 1.1.0.8 the plane defaults to using HARS on ramp start. See page 117 in the Flight Manual for details. Lukas - "TIN TIN" - 9th Shrek Air Strike Squadron TIN TIN's Cockpit thread
rrasfly2 Posted April 24, 2012 Author Posted April 24, 2012 Update I did something in the computer on the EGI page and it fixed it. Dont know what i did though. Rob
Snaut Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 You must wait for EGI to fully align. After powering CDU and EGI on wait for the "INS NAV RDY" message. Wait for the letters to go from steady to blinking, only then change from GROUND to NAV on the CDU display and flip EAC switch. MSI GTX 770 2GB -> 1920x1200, MSI H97M, Xeon 1231v3, 16GB
