I don't think there is one.... all I can see is single or auto fire modes.

Your options are all at once or one at a time. Nothing in between.

The rocket counter simply tells you how many rockets have been fired. Well, it actually tells you how many will have been fired once the next one is released. I.e. if it says '5', it means you have fired 4 and the next one will be your 5th.
