Suchacz Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Is here anybody, who defeated that russian uber-AI-pilot? I have tried that maybe hundred times, but no succes. Scissors, yo-yo, barrel roll, horizontal and vertical tricks and other known techniques - nothing works. He is an excellent shooter, how can he hit me from that far? :( Please post your tracks. Per aspera ad astra! Crucial reading about DCS: Black Shark - Black Shark and Coaxial Rotor Aerodynamics, Black Shark and the Trimmer, Black Shark – Autopilot: Part 1, Black Shark – Autopilot: Part 2
JIMJAM Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Me too! I use TrackIr and tried one night last week for over a hour. I stopped after I almost puked from all that twisting and turning staring at a 37 inch screen in the dark. Next morning I could hardly turn my head my neck was so sore. I would love to see some kill vids. Btw- I got behind him a few times when I think the AI simply said "here, kill me". I laid some serious lead in him and still no kill.
Salty58 Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 It feels like the plane has a full fuselage tank that makes it about as manuverable as a sick duck. How do you adjust the fuel level? As is you can't possibly fly this in a combat situation.

Must do that when I'm at home.
