Corrupt installation?

Hi guys,

 

I just downloaded DCS World after about five hours. lol. and I put all the 5 files in a folder and name the folder DCS World.

 

I run the World setup.exe (It's not called this, I just can't remember name) and after about 20 seconds, it says something like: "DCSWORLD/bazar/bin/config(etc etc.)/ is corrupt and will not work. :(

 

I try and skip this file, but it says everything else is corrupt.

 

I would like to know if there is anything I should do before I try and download everything again. I have A-10 and BS2 if that helps.

re down load. try getting it from the utorrent its much faster and a better down load.

and you being a kiwi your going to have corrupted downloads.

I re downloaded and I successfully installed World and P-51.

I now have a new problem :(

 

 

I cannot activate the P-51D module. It says my serial number is correct, but it cannot connect to the server:

http://proactive.star-force.com/2.0/activate.php

 

My internet connection is fine. Also, when I try to access this link on Google Chrome, it won't work.

Connected to that link with Chrome and MSIE no problem.

I just tried with MSIE and Chrome again but still no luck.

 

I also sent an error email to ED, so I guess I should just wait and see what they say.

Wow, I fire it up the next day and enter the serial number.... and it works!!

 

The Simulator (P-51D) is amazing, I love it.
