G940 help needed

Hello all

 

i saw this is a known problem on google

 

i purchased the g940 today awesome system

but now my right throttle which is set to the collective up and down

does not act on my movements

 

im flying BS2 sim mode all the settings are turned off in options

 

i downloaded the zerotown input settings which is working fine

except for the right throttle

 

does anybody know how to solve this?

 

( cant explain it better since im not english ) :music_whistling:

get rid of all pre made control settings and empty all the joystick settings in the game and start over. When I tried to use the settings I had saved from BS1 the same problem showed up. The Zero town settings work in BS1 not BS2.

Or you need to reassign the controller axis in the game menu.

Problem is SOLVED

 

i had flight collective 2 times

but i could not set the other one

 

after manually updating the logitech profiler i was able to

set the other collective which is working just fine!

Hi, glad to have another G940 user. I had similar problem lately and what I did was:

abandon Logitech Profiler totaly. Nothing is set out of game. All my settings are in the game directly. I saved three different profiles (joystick, throttle and pedals). Very important!: must have selected appropriate device (like throttle) when saving. It's easy just mess up and for example throttle and joystick have the same names of buttons. Since everybody uses throttle for collective in BS2, it's enough to set axis controller only for one throttle lever and move both simultaneously. I guess you already know (it took me a week to figure out) there is dead man sensor on your joystick handle. Cover, cover!

i saved 3 profiles as well pedals throttle and stick

i took the profile from the net called zerotown

awesome profiles !!!

i can suggest them to any one lookin for a good profile for the G940

 

i got both throttles in use

left throttle engine throttle

right throttle collective

 

still getting used to it since i only have it for a day

but so far so good

and i think its an awesome system

 

does BS2 support FFB ?

Only Trim FFB is supported, i hope that some day we get better forces for dcs series.

set the left as throttle and the right as collective stick

thats how i set it up works perfect
