Wess have you been able to get the VOR navigation to work? Not ILS but the actual VOR TO/FROM Headings.

Yes we need to be able to pick up downed pilots that have a radio we can home in on to find them, maybe the downed pilot can pop smoke :thumbup: and drop troops and equipment to change the war zone.

Well I purchaced two copies of A10C One at $59 and one at $39, two copies of blackshark1, one upgrade to BS2, One copy of P51. Can I get some love too?:huh:

yes all of us at Flight Sim Finatics are having problems with the game crashing on line.

I just watched a movie on Netflix about WW2 in HD and color and they had a section about this group of pilots. They did great and what a dark time in history for everyone involved that had to go through that bullsh*t. They did the job they were asked and then they were made to stay away from the other pilots at the base because of the color of the skin. I am sure there was alot more then that they had to deal with. My Hat tips for them!:pilotfly:

I have had disk drives that stopped reading some disks and it ended up being the drive. The disk might be a little off and the old drive was unable to read it. Then after a while it would start having trouble reading the others. I just replaced the drive (cheap prices now) and then it worked. Can you check the disk in a different computer?

get rid of all pre made control settings and empty all the joystick settings in the game and start over. When I tried to use the settings I had saved from BS1 the same problem showed up. The Zero town settings work in BS1 not BS2.

I had some problems with display link and I had some other problems with drivers. After I ran a driver sweep program and installed one driver the studders stopped. I run a ATI hd6990. Try a driver cleaner and install a fresh driver. Also it looks like you are overclocking your CPU make sure the system is stable and your CPU isn't getting hot. You might have a dust build up. Don't forget this is a beta.

I will fly it. My family was in Italy during WW2 and suffered like many in the world. This is a skin that was real in the history of the plane. I would also fly a plane with the rising sun on it.

When I had the same problem I was trying to use my control layout from BS1 in BS2. Same thing no collective control. Had to start over with all new settings then it worked.:joystick:

Is there a way to change the tail number in multiplayer to identify each plane?

has anyone fixed the race mission yet to have time and penalties? I would love to make one myself but don't have a clue how to do it.

In order, the A10C runs better then the Black Shark 2 and the Black Shark 2 runs better then the P51D.

Isn't there a metalic one that is shinny already? It is the plane that has no paint on it.:doh:

OK I deleted the user file and it still didn't work then I deleted it once more and did not use a profile that i used on black shark 1. Bingo:thumbup: the profile for black shark 1 will not work for black shark 2. I have to make my own setup without a pre made profile from the first game. Hope this helps for some other people. One more thing. I love this game, it is great and DCS is doing a great job creating the games it makes. There are plenty of problems with pc games but they almost always get fixed. People need to get a grip on life and quit the bitching about small problems with games. Play them and have a good time, this is not real life.

In Black Shark 1 and A10c the throttle works fine but in Black Shark 2 the throttle is not controlling the collective. It has been set up properly in windows 7 64 bit and mapped correctly in the game settings. most other controls are working at this time. Is anyone having this problem or is it just me. This is the G940 HOTAS.

I have been experiencing a glitch that causes the screen to flicker and come back. The cause of the problem is the right throttle on the g940 flight system. I have a bad throttle that would send a signal that changes the 1 and 2 trim while moving the throttle without the trim being moved. That was confermed in the calibration settings of the throttle. It is under 1 year old and they are going to send me a new unit in ten days. Good service.:thumbup: I use the right throttle for the collective and the left for the throttle in BS. The unit is good but I just have a bad part. This is something to watch if you have the same problem.
