Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows how I can get access to a cnc machine over in the UK. I've downloaded Jedis plans for his fantastic setup, and need to get the pieces cut out somehow. Sadly unless you are in business I can't seem to find anywhere who will do this for the general public. Any help would be great fully received.

Just looked at that, wow, think this is the one, only 1 hr from me. How on earth did you find it, I googled cnc machine hire and just got a load of job offers and engineering companies for business use only.

Fingers crossed they are not stupidly expensive. Got £500 for the materials and cutting. Then I guess I better start learning electronics for building the panels :)

Also thanks to Viper for your help and time. It's appreciated.

I just Googled "milling mdf uk" and there it is :music_whistling:

I would advice you to use MDF instead of plywood. Also please note that the inside edges are a rounded (diameter of the milling cutter) and you will have to use a file to make edges square. I believe that € 300.- is the reasonable price for this kind of work, including material.
