CTD for all players on server on SPI broadcast

We had a simultaneous crash on all machines on a server. Attached are my logs and my tracks. The track of the server and some of his logs will follow shortly.

Interesting - was it a client or the Server that Initiated SPI Broadcast? Was it exactly at that moment too?

I think it was the exact moment when I broadcasted SPI.

 

Then the clients reported "DCS is not working anymore..." and seconds later I got the same popup

Well, he just said SPI broadcast online and, boom, DCS not working anymore on my screen. We were flying Operation Bactria. In the tacview I have attached I can see that this was shortly after the spawning of the troops. I had the troops in my TGP already IIRC.

Ok so.... Host Broadcasts SPI and clients crash. I'll take a look when I get a chance,

I won't be able to check this for sometime - does it reproduce every time the Host broadcasting SPI?

Difficult to say. I'd say no because I broadcast SPI very often. In this special moment... I don't know. "Operation Bactria" uses 12 random missions

Another problem: Flight plan not showing

 

I attached two screenshots showing that the flight plan is only showing up in the 5 miles zoom. Once we zoom out, the flight plan lines disappear. I attempted to show CDU flight plan page and steer point mode switch in screenshot.

Makes sense. However, I wanted to prevent double posting this tracks as many things did happen. How do we solve this Problem? Shall I create another thread in a different forum and link to this thread or do you prefer something different? (During this mission one guest player (Hawg 3) even had 2x tires blowing up on NWS enable - he had to go to Hawg 4)
