It could be some particular ISP(s) in certain regions of the world who have routing issues. So if you list them, then you may figure out the common factor and some of you may contact them if thats your ISP. The mind is like a parachute. Reset router and changed IP address from 56.xxx.xxx.xxx range to another range. It works now. Gotta love dynamic ip's.
