IvanK Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 In general I think Airfield lighting Bloom is a little overdone. For example Green Threshold lights appear as a green orbs rather than point sources of light. Its very artistic but not imo realistic. The issue is most noticeable at ranges outside say 400m from the light source. IRL most runway lights (especially in good conditions) appear to the eye as pin point light sources rather than large spherical objects.
