Hi.

Iv seem to have run out of Activations for blackshark.

Iv just installed a ssd and reinstalled dcworld.

Do u have to make a ticket for more? Or just have to wait a month?

Btw i own all. Bs-Warthog-Bs2 Upgrade-P51-Ca.

For BlackShark 1 then you need to ask for more

 

BS2 will regenerate a new one.

Bit of a bump.

Also ticket dated 25th july about having two accounts.Which i replayed from a email from ED.

As previously mentioned, the support department is under an extreme load at present. I am unable to indicate when you should expect a response; due to the recent release of several products and restructuring towards DCS World, there is an unusual load on the support department.

Should I put in a new ticket, did I not have correct info needed in my ticket? Been two weeks, I know ED is busy so just seeing if I need to do anything to help. I did notice I can't edit the ticket.

So iv just read ~FAQ

So we don't see any reasons for lossing activations except malicious carelessness and catastrophic hardware or OS crashes.

Well im none of the above.

But what i did was never use the deactivation feature.

Soo my bad there hands up:P

Anyway im still waiting for my ticket to get a response.

Nearly three weeks now.

The thing is i cant use BS and BS2 upgrade.

Yup same here man I'm still with you :D. I think I did one deactivate over the years, which was prolly the cause.

 

They must be swamped considering tomorrow will be 3 weeks for my ticket.
