i did what you said and got the right switches but anapa(feq.121.00) won't respond!?

punch in 12.1.000 on the VHF AM (most forward) radio. make sure TR is on, and on manual as well. To contact, you need to keep holding HOTAS Mic Switch Forward, then navigate \ menu F5 ATC to desired, and announce inbound. As soon as your talk ends with Psst, release the switch.

 

Make sure you're within 40 clicks from the ATC though.

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

Also, make sure your intercom rotary switch is set to VHF (it should be by default when you start the sim). It's the big knob on the audio control panel at the back of the left console.

where is the Mic Switch Forward on the keyboard or panel? where is this big button also intercom rotary switch?

check your mappings at options. press these keys, you are looking for HOTAS Mic switch Forward for VHF AM (your question), HOTAS Mic switch down for UHF (middle row) and HOTAS Mic Switch Aft VHF FM (Backward)
