Adventurer Yves 'Jetman' Rossy took to the skies in his flying wing with the historic Spitfire - upon which the hopes and prayers of all of Britain were pinned during the Battle of Britain - above Switzerland this weekend at an annual aviation festival at Geneva's Bex aerodrome. And while the jet-powered carbon-fibre wing suit may seem extraordinary, Spitfire pilots have been saying for decades that their legendary fighter plane is something they "wear" more than sit in.
