Devrim Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 (edited) I have same problems. 1) The load time is longer and v1.2.1. It takes ~65 secs (not first run). I realized that, DCS picture (square image) was being appeared for 11~12 secs. Now it's 21 secs. Ka-50 cockpit was being appeared in 31~35 secs., now it's 65 secs! 2) That freezing thing is really really annoying! It takes 12 secs to start sim. Most annoying this is Ka-50 is running while the pilot is freezing! 3) ESC > BRIEFING > FLY isn't working anymore! I was able to re-fly when crashed or ejected. Now, it doesn't work!... Erforce Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 3-/ i've played many MP mission recently since 1.2.2, and as i usually fly at 320kph at 10m AGL, i experienced some nasty crashs. i always hit re-fly in briefing, and popped in a new shark. So it's not for all of us at least. I'm sure that I'm certain, before the last upgrade (1.2.2) everything was OK for my BS2 PS: My BS2 is not a "Stand Alone" I work with DCS World... Best regards. When esc Im not able to end the fligt unless I do alt+tap and then load the screen again Im able to end the flight. BirdDogICT Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Latest upgrade 1.2.2.7204 fixed BS2 for me, as well. First screen loads in 40 seconds, second screen in 45, and no lag after pause/break. BS2 seems much smoother in DCS World and a little easier to fly. FPS is about the same as in previous iterations, but not seeing any stuttering at all with all settings on high. Thanks, DCS. P.S. I bought the BS2 upgrade version, but could not activate it after upgrading my hardware. Grew tired of fighting the problem, so bought a full copy of BS2. Think I will really enjoy learning BS now that I've spent $400 to upgrade my PC and another $40 ($80 in total for BS1, BS2 upgrade, and BS2).
