MatzWarhog Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Download the current A-10C module from DCS, and just use your current Key Code when you start a mission. IMO you can either wait a bit for A10 module to get updated to 7204 version or you can download DCS World version 7122 again, but do not update it until you install A10. After installation you can update it. My YT channel https://www.youtube.com/user/corvuscorp81

I installed it, then the A-10C Module, then updated. That's probably why mine worked from the get go. Great point Corvus... I'm gonna keep that DCS World setup folder parked, just in case I need to reinstall again, since I now know it'll work that way. AMD FX8350 @ 4.2Ghz x 8, Asus M5A99FX Pro UEFI Board, 16Gb RAM @1600Mhz, EVGA GTX660 2Gb DDR5, 120Gig Corsair SSD SATA3 Boot Drive, Dual Corsair SSD FORCE 60Gig for gaming, TM Warthog HOTAS and Cougars, Saitek Proflight Pedals, TrackIR 5 w/Pro Clip, and WAY Too much time on my hands. :pilotfly:
ENO Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Now we're at a new update again and still having this issue... So is our only solution either to wait or uninstall and reinstall? Or is that where the backup files come in? "ENO" Type in anger and you will make the greatest post you will ever regret. "Sweetest's" Military Aviation Art
ErichVon Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 I keep my downloaded .bin and .exe files of a particular update in a designated folder in My Documents as backup since a download for me is usually about 5 or 6 hours. I install the .exe file from that same folder and it always works to install it. I have the Upgrade version Black Shark of BS1, BS2, and now World all sitting in their respective folders in My Documents as backup.
