Does anyone have the organisation information of the Georgian air force. I've found the wiki page of course giving numbers (about as accurate as needs to be anyway )

I was looking more for the organisation and their bases of operation. theres not many of them so id quite like to static them around the world.

:helpsmilie:Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

What i did is take the numbers from the wiki (though they are probably not current) and deploy them in my mission attempts as seems tactically most logical.

Looking at Kutaisi on google earth it seams that runway has been repaired. You can see few Su-25 on parking too. Senaki has been completley destroyed. Kobuleti has been abandoned and is now ruin. Batumi is civilian. I don't know the name of one near Tbilisi (military one) but it seems hit in war too. On the other side Novorusisjk is no longer in existence. Others are mix of civ and mil. On google earth you can see bunch of Su-27, MiG-29, Su-25 ect on them :)

Sadly those 2 bases are not modelled in the game :(

I don't agree. Alekseevka village (selo) is a wide spot in the road just west of Tbilisi International. So that one is modelled in the game. The area where the airport is located seems to be referred quite often as Novo-Alekseevka.

As for numbers, go to global security. There is not a good OOB by location/airbase, but they do have the number of aircraft.

I saw one of these when I was in Florida on an airstrip, I think as I remember it was a CQB training area.

What I decided on was to deploy the types of aircraft on wikipedia alongside the regiment positions, i.e. the UAVs are with the Tactical reconnaissance battalion based in Kobuleti.

The rest are on an as deployed basis so lets face it. As soon as a war was started they would deploy to the bases anyway. I just really wanted general western nomenclature, i.e. for the US air support 52nd Fighter Wing and 48th Operations Group are all we have for the entire campaign. So if an A-10C goes down as 2 have.. from friendly fire... then we go down to 16 Aircraft etc.
